Dr. Watson received his Doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic, in Dallas, TX, where he studied 9 different techniques ( 9 different ways to adjust any given joint). He previously held a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Boise State University & had a previous career as a cisco support engineer in telecommunications. Dr. Watson is committed to promoting the health and well-being of his patients. He uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients by using the very best combination of advanced adjusting techniques, state of the art physiotherapy procedures including spinal decompression of the discs, whole body cryotherapy, soft tissue therapies, and science-based nutritional protocols using blood and hair analysis which enable us to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
With many years of chiropractic training and education under his belt, Dr. Watson opened Active Health & Wellness and has treated many patients with conditions ranging from whiplash to scoliosis, and herniated discs to sciatica. Dr. Jesse Valadez
Chiropractor
Jesse Valadez grew up in Utah and did his pre-med undergraduate work at Southern Utah University. From there, he went on to receive his Doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX graduating Cum Laude in 2006. Dr. Valadez is very interested in nutrition and has taken over 100 hours post-graduate work in clinical nutrition. He informs his patients on “over-all health and wellness” and advises them on the many different ways they can reach their goals Whether their goal is to get out of pain, lose weight or even just get better sleep, he’s happy to help! In his free time, Dr. Valadez enjoys spending time in the mountains camping and hiking with his family and friends.
